At long last I am finally materializing a dream I have had for years. I have joined with Scott Davis and Pat Harada Linfoot to develop a Yoga Therapy Teacher Training Program! This is a comprehensive 1000h curriculum divided into three segments: 200hours, 300hours, and 500hours. Each component may be taken individually or together as part of a 2-year program of study. Begin with fundamentals of self-practice, expand your teaching skills in the second segment, and advance towards a yoga therapy specialization in the final component. This program is the most extensive and rigorous of its kind in Canada and exceeds the highest standards of the Yoga Alliance. For more information check the Octopus Garden Yoga Ed page.
