This workshop will address the most common injuries experienced by yoga practitioners and non-practitioners alike.

Through discussion and "experiential anatomy", Jesse will explain the intelligent and conscious use of the wrists, knees, and lower back during yoga practice to both prevent and heal dysfunctions and injuries. Jesse has been the anatomy instructor for the Flow teacher training program for the past 5 years.
